Utah Utes Football: Spring Game News and Notes

The Utah Utes Football Spring Game is coming this weekend and I thought I’d give you some links, so you don’t miss the game whether your in or out of Utah.

Red and White Team Spring Game Rosters

The game itself looks like it will be an interesting one, at least as Spring Games go.  Travis Wilson and Dres Anderson will lead the Red Team while Conner Manning will be throwing to Kenneth Scott (depending upon how much he plays as they rehab him) and Wes Tonga.

I think the things to look for are, can Travis Wilson continue to shake off the rust and continue to look solid (despite what some Utah Sports Radio Folks and Wilson haters want you to believe).  Also look to see if Conner Manning can continue to show he’ll be a part of the Utah QB situation as long as he’s at Utah.

The most interesting thing will be to see how the offensive line has progressed.  I know there is much fretting about this group, but it seems new O-Line coach Jim Harding has been a breath of fresh air for the group.

Finally it will be nice to see if the secondary is as good as advertised.

The game is at 1PM (Noon for those of us in the Pacific Time Zone) and live on the Pac-12 Network.  Which is totally awesome.
