Utah Utes Athletics: Updating the Weekend

It’s been a good weekend for Utah Utes Athletics.

– Yesterday the Gym Squad gave Utah it’s first Pac-12 team title in any sport.  Thank you Ladies and it feels good.

– Delon Wright announced that he’ll return for his senior season.  That is very good news for Utah but I’m going to wonder out loud tomorrow if it’s a good decision for him.

– The first football scrimmage happened and as always the offense got dominated.  Tomorrow I’ll also tell you why that isn’t a big deal and y’all should relax.

This coming week should be just as interesting as what next year’s hoops team will look like should begin to take shape and football is out of the first week jitters and starts to give us some answers.
