It wasn’t pretty but this is March and it doesn’t have to be.

The Utes as we all saw, survived a mini-meltdown and a big time three from Dakari Tucker, whose minutes had dwindled down the stretch.

That means Utah faces Arizona tomorrow at noon in a sold out MGM Grand Garden.

It was nice to see the Utes finally pull one of these out of the fire.

I hope we see more Tucker as while I like Onwas, when he’s on the court, our offense is very hard to come by.  We only have one shooter.

Delon Wright was our savior, getting points at the free throw line when not a whole lot was working for the Utes.

Also have to wonder if that isn’t the end of Lorenzo Romar.  That Husky team has been floundering and there seems to be no excitement around the program.

Tomorrow brings the Wildcats and we’re going to have to play a great one just to have a chance.  But we’re still alive and in March, that’s all you need.
