Before I start, quick mention that we all know Brian Johnson is headed to Mississippi St. to be the Offensive Coordinator under Dan Mullen.  I’ll have some more comments on Monday but best of luck to Brian and thanks for all you’ve done as a Ute.

First your HoyoScale update.  As I’ve stated, the HoyoScale Pac-12 Standings give teams 1 point for a road win and -1 for a home loss.  For a home win or a road loss you get zero.  And here is where everyone stands going into today’s games.

  1. Arizona                   +3
  2. Cal                          +1
  3. UCLA                      +1
  4. Arizona St.             +1
  5. Washington           +1
  6. Stanford                 +1
  7. Colorado                  0
  8. Oregon St.                0
  9. Oregon                    -1
  10. Utah                        -1
  11. Washington State -3
  12. USC                         -3

So what about tonight.  Well this is one of the few times I fully expect Utah to blow a team out.  Utah shoots well at home.  Wazzu has shown some ability at home but the road has not been pretty at all.

After this Utah has 4 road games and 3 home games left and essentially one realistic last chance for a road win, at USC.

I’ll be back tomorrow with a game recap, look for the updated HoyoScale Standings on Monday.
