And This Long Hard Journey Comes to an End

Not really a ton left to say about Utah Basketball till we see what we roll out next year.  While they are going to force us to show up to Staples Center next week to lose to UCLA, this is the end of the worst regular season in Utah history.

But this game has one interesting thing going for it.

We haven’t had a ton of teams with a lot of motivation to play us.  Oregon is probably the first team we’ve faced with some real motivation.  The Ducks in their second season under Dana Altman find themselves on top of the NCAA bubble with fellow Pac-12er Arizona.  A loss to Utah would end that dream.

So this will be a unique opportunity.  What will a good team with motivation do to the Runnin’ Utes?  Will we see the Runnin’ Ute team that made Larry look like a genius against Stanford or the one that made him look like a monkey against Oregon St.
