To Discuss the Colorado State Rams…

Why you ask?  Well because I will always hold a soft spot in my heart for founding/early members of the original WAC.

Flying completely under the radar, the Rammies have complied a very nice hoops season. CSU is 17-9, to which I’m sure you say huh, unless you’re a Utah fan in which case it seems like dreaming the impossible dream.  But look at the rest of these stats.

RPI: 24
SOS: 7

They have one bad loss to Boise St. and two questionable losses to TCU and Stanford.  All came on the road.

If only this team was east of the Mississippi, they would be an 8-10 seed, instead they are at best on the bubble.

The other thing to like about this team is they are only losing two people and both are totally replaceable.

So keep an eye on the CSU Rams, if not for this year certainly next.  Tim Miles has done an amazing job in Ft. Collins.  And if you were looking for a coach for your say Pac-12 program, you’d think he’d be your first call.

Watch for the Rams folks.
