Ok it’s a day later and I’m still fired up.

First let me apologize for being late to the party.  I had tickets to the Arizona Red and Blue game and the Ute game was at the same time.  So through the magic of a DVR I watched it as it it were live (except commercials).  And WOW…. WOW…. WOW

(Side note: go ahead and give the Pac-12 title to Arizona and book them a ticket to the Final Four.  Aaron Gordon is really good)

Second, I called this upset in August, seriously check the blog.  And my heart called it a week ago.

So where to start.  How about the game plan by Mr. Dennis Erickson.  The first thing I thought was there is some idiot fan out there mad because we keep throwing swing passes.  Then I thought holy crap we’re going to make Stanford chase us side to side all night long and if they adjust they get a big ol dose of Bubba Poole right up the gut.  It’s great having the old man in the booth.

Also one more shout out to Travis Wilson who I think was playing without a thumb.  You’ve got big giant massive HUEVOS kid.

Dres Anderson, I love you man, I really do.

And then on to the defense.  Suddenly we have linebackers, Pac-12 talent linebackers.  And the D-Line is just doin’ work keeping Mr. Hogan inside the pocket.  In fact between Kalani and Erickson, I put our coordinators up against anyone right now.  AND YES I’M FEELING IT TODAY SO DON’T ARGUE WITH ME.

The Montgomery kid for Stanford is a man and will earn a paycheck to play this game.  And man David Shaw is nothing but class.  What a seriously likeable guy.

I don’t know what more to say about this.  It was an all around fantastic win.  WAR UTAH, WAR FINALLY PROVING WE BELONG.

TODAY IS A GOOD DAY.
