Well how about that, the day starts with Marshall Henderson using a horrid shooting performance to become a national hero.  Then LaSalle upsets K-State and suddenly Henderson is beating LaSalle away from a Sweet 16.  Holy crap.

Speaking of LaSalle and Ole Miss, how about the way that bracket just opened up for Gonzaga.  A 12 or a 13 seed as your Sweet 16 matchup?  This is looking good for Gonzaga as long as they can get past a tough Wichita St. team.

And then Florida Gulf Goast, or is it Golf Coast?  Does anyone know?  If you care they’re the Eagles and out of the Atlantic Sun Conference.  And seriously Georgetown, what is up with that.  Did you throw the game so as not to have to give your NCAA credits to the teams remaining behind.

I haven’t looked but is Kansas getting as much crap as Gonzaga for their close first round game?

According to UCLA fans, Ben Howland will be fired.  According to Minnesota fans, Tubby Smith should be fired.  Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Finally I should add that as of right now, former Utes are 5-0 in post-season play.  Henderson, Clyburn with Iowa St., O’Brien with SDSU, Sharp at BYU and Glover with Oral Roberts live to play another day.

We’ll see what happens today.
